Why did you decide to teach?
I decided to become a teacher because of the influence of my former piano teacher.
She invested so much time into me as a young student and it had a profound impact on my decision to study music in college, which led to my career as a music teacher.
What was you favorite class when you were in high school?
My favorite classes in high school were choir, band, and AP English.
Are you married? Do you have any children?
I am not married and do not have any kids, unless you count my dogs!
What is your favorite band/artist?
I can't say that I have a favorite band or artist, but I find that I most often listen to country music.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are playing piano/singing, working out, reading, and I love binging on a good TV series.
