"I come from a family of teachers. My mother is a retired teacher, my sister is a teacher. I guess you could say it is in our blood.
But teaching was not my first choice in college. It was only after I returned home from Wright State University that I found a love for teaching.
Working in the schools with children I felt a sense of ease and belonging. I had found my passion. With this decision I would continue my education,
acquiring an additional degree in teaching and later a Masters in Education. I still remember the day I found out I got the teaching position at PHS.
ACOVSD was going through an unprecedented time, I have always said and will always believe that God placed me exactly where I was meant to be.
So seventeen years later here I am, continuing to follow God's path and do what I love, teach."
